PLOTOUS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing this webpage, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) in a legally binding agreement between *Plotous* (“Merchant”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“User”, “you”, or “your”). • “Platform” refers to the Plotous website or any mobile application where our products are sold.
• “Payment Instrument” includes credit/debit cards, UPI, IMPS, net banking, wallets, etc.
• “Transaction” means a purchase order initiated by you for any product on the Platform.
• “Transaction Amount” means the amount you pay for such a Transaction.
• “User” refers to any individual accessing or transacting on the Plotous Platform.

 

3. MERCHANT’S RIGHTS

We may collect, store, and process your information to deliver products, manage your orders, and communicate with you regarding the same.

 

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and payment information. This includes but is not limited to your name, contact details, address, age, and payment credentials.

 

5. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Users must not:

• Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Interfere with Platform security or functionality.
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts.
• Use the Platform to harass or defraud.
• Upload malware or harmful content.
• Violate applicable laws or Platform policies.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to refunding the Transaction Amount in accordance with our return/refund policy. We are not liable for any indirect damages or losses.

You agree to indemnify Plotous from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

 

7. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

Reviews must:

* Be based on genuine customer experience.
* Not include hate speech, profanity, or false claims.
* Not be posted to manipulate ratings.

Plotous may remove reviews that violate these rules.

 

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to arbitration in Bengaluru as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the English language will be used in all proceedings.

 

9. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

10. DISCLAIMER

All payments must be made using legitimate and authorized sources. We are not responsible for payment failures or any fraud linked to payment methods. Platform content is provided for general information and not as professional advice.

We make no warranties that the Platform is free of viruses or bugs. You are responsible for using secure software to access the Platform.
