CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY – PLOTOUS

Upon completing a transaction on the Plotous platform, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the selected product(s) and/or service(s).

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is not permitted once the transaction has been successfully completed, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Plotous website. If cancellation is allowed for a specific product or service, it will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page or during checkout.

We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at our sole discretion. We may request additional information from you to evaluate the reason for cancellation.

Returns & Replacements

Once you have received the product, returns or replacements will only be considered if the product does not match the description as listed on the Plotous website (e.g., wrong item, size discrepancy, or damage in transit).

To be eligible:

Your return request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Supporting evidence (such as photos or videos) may be requested for verification.
