You acknowledge and agree that all delivery dates provided on our Platform are estimated unless a specific delivery date has been explicitly confirmed by Plotous in writing.

The applicable shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and will be included in the Transaction Amount payable for your order.

If you do not receive your order within seven (7) days from the estimated delivery date, we request that you promptly contact our customer support team at support@plotous.com for assistance.
